In a year where football very nearly came home and the royals welcomed Meghan Markle, the new Duchess of Sussex, into the family - we at Chantelle Lighting thought it would be fitting to showcase a few of our favourite projects from the past year.
The Florist was the latest addition to New World Trading Company's ever growing portfolio and it didn't disappoint. The floral themed bar/restaurant opened its doors to the lovely people of Bristol and Liverpool offering a variety of culinary delights, fragrant cocktails and the art of live music. We were tasked with creating a new range of bespoke lighting which had to meet the bars vintage floral look. One specific highlight (because there is too many to mention!) was the industrial style feature pendant which was dressed with an assortment of coloured plants and had a number of mercury glass drops which were hung from the Frame. Ohhh and the Daily Mail rated it as the No.1 most beautiful dining establishment!

The Oakfield which sits at the heart of the UK's most visited zoo if offering something the park has never seen before. Set in a stunning property, the former home of founder George Mottershead, the gastropub offers a truly unique British pub concept. Design agency, Spatialized, wanted to preserve the country houses heritage and that also had to be executed thought the lighting. We manufactured a 48-arm brushed nickel chandelier which was set as a feature piece just above the pubs main bar. A variety of vintage style lighting adorn the interior of the pub.

After winning the English Premier Division back in 15/16 season, LCFC with their new-found fame thought it was the perfect time to update their fanstore. Award winning design company Kesslers International tasked us with creating two industrial style feature pendants. One was to be circular in shape and the other rectangular, both had a number of raw steel shades attached to the blackened steel frames. The industrial style perfectly matched the exposed ceiling design and complemented the newly refurbished fanstore.

Our long-standing relationship with The Botanist continued in 2018 as we were tasked by New World Trading Company to manufacture lighting for two different sites, Coventry & Cheltenham. Both had to meet the brands vision, which was vitally important on previous Botanist work. We were involved in the design process helping to come up with some fantastic new lighting ideas. From botanical table lamps to scientific feature chandelier, we always love working with the weird and wonderful because that's what we do best. Keep your eyes peeled as we will have a new case study uploaded soon.
